Rory Duce, CPA, CA

Rory Duce, CPA, CA, has more than 35 years of experience in public practice, with a career spanning national, mid-sized and local accounting firms, as well as several years as a sole practitioner. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1992 and became a Chartered Professional Accountant in 2015 following the merger of Canada’s accounting designations.

His experience across firms of different sizes and structures has shaped his approach to Cascada: combining the resources and technical depth of larger firms with the accessibility, continuity and personal service of a smaller practice.

Rory works primarily with owner-operated businesses, agricultural producers and not-for-profit organizations. His practice includes corporate and personal taxation, tax planning, accounting and assurance services.

Many of Rory’s client relationships date back nearly two decades.

A long-time member of the Nanton community, Rory has been a member of the Nanton Promoters service club since 2007 and has served on a number of boards and community organizations over the years.

Outside the office, Rory enjoys golf, hiking, music and writing.

Roxanne Hicklin, CPA

Roxanne Hicklin, CPA, has more than 13 years of experience in public practice. She began her accounting career with Acuity LLP in 2013 and received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2021. In 2026, she became a partner of Cascada LLP.

Roxanne works primarily with owner-operated businesses, agricultural producers and not-for-profit organizations. Her practice includes corporate and personal taxation, tax planning, accounting and assurance services.

Having lived in Nanton for almost 35 years, Roxanne has strong ties to the community and has served on a number of boards and community organizations over the years.

Outside the office, Roxanne enjoys scrapbooking, hiking and classic cars.
